First Come, First Served All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We can hold an item for one hour while you shop.
Refund Policy
The Lake-Geauga Habitat for Humanity ReStore offers a 7-day refund policy. Large appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, freezers, and ovens) come with a 30-day warranty and a 30-day return policy. Returns must be accompanied by the original dated sales receipt. Items that are stored for pickup follow the same return policy, starting from the date of purchase, not the date of pickup.
Pickup Hours:
Tuesday: 10 AM – 3 PM Wednesday – Saturday: 9 AM – 4 PM No early or after-hours pickup available. You must present your receipt when picking up items.
Do You Negotiate Prices?
We do not negotiate or haggle on prices. All prices are dated, and items are marked down over time. If an item is out of your budget, check back in a few weeks—it may be lower.
Will You Pick Up Items Inside My Home?
ReStore staff will only enter homes to retrieve items on the first floor. Items should preferably be outside, in a garage/covered area, or in a storage unit for easier access.
